How Do I Join?
Simple Steps to Get Started
If you’re interested in membership, let Pastor Ji know. A few times each year, he offers an informal membership class where you can:
- Learn more about the United Methodist Church
- Ask questions about beliefs, practices, and expectations
- Meet others exploring membership
- Decide when (and if) you’re ready to join
Attending the class doesn’t obligate you—it’s just a friendly next step. Contact the church office or speak with Pastor Ji after service to find out when the next class is scheduled.
Do I Need to Be Baptized?
United by Grace
Yes—all members of the United Methodist Church are baptized Christians. If you’ve already been baptized—in any Christian denomination—we honor that baptism and welcome you through profession of faith or transfer of membership.
If you haven’t been baptized, we’d be honored to schedule one for you or your family. Pastor Ji is available to help schedule baptisms for infants, children, or adults.
